

Today for D.T. we made hokey pokey. Matthew and Reagan got to read the recipe. We melted sugar and golden syrup in the pan. Then we added baking soda. The hokey pokey frothed up when we added the baking soda. We had to quickly put it in the tin foil. At lunch we got to eat it. It tasted like a lolly. It was scrummy in my tummy! It was crunchy too.
Yum! And so easy too. Good for a rainy day - but not so good for wobbly teeth :-). Linda (Matthew's Mum)

ReplyDeleteWOW I made hokey pokey too. It look like your Hokey pokey turned out well. By making it you probably learned a lot about the cooking part.
