The Gleek Club

Today the Gleek Club did some dances for us in the hall. There were two girls that had a hip hop dance for us. Wow Jessica and Cara, that was a cool hip hop dance! The Gleeks did three different songs. They did good dancing. Forrest's dad helped them. He played the piano. Michael played a video of the drama we have done this term. It is sad that Michael is leaving.

Congratulating Lee

Today Lee came to Russell Street School. She went to the Olympics in Greece. She won four medals. She won two bronze, one silver medal and one gold medal. We got to look at the medals closely. David was holding one of them. We got to hold the medals. David said, "would you like to feel how heavy the medal is?" It was very exciting. We did a huka for her. I hope she liked it. We had balloons in our hands too.

Maths

At maths time we had to find the answer to a problem. You drawed five cookies and four chocolate chips on each cookies and we tried to say what the answer was.

Aria's Handwriting

This is Aria's handwriting. We all did the letter h. Aria did the cutest h's. Aria took her time and she was concentrating. She made all of her letters sit on the line. It didn't go over the top line.
